Also includes a pull-out sectional couch in the living room, to sleep your whole family. Enjoy several restaurants, or grill on your own patio. There are also coffee shops, farmers market, a new boardwalk and a new pedestrian area with loads of shopping near the park or in the Emporium. You are within walking distance to the amusement park, mini-golf course, go-carts, bike trails, a beach, the boardwalk, as well as a marina. Or watch the free concerts on the green space with a brand new stage, along with the fireworks every Saturday night! And SO MUCH MORE! (This condo, in accordance with our covenants requires a minimum of a 7 day, “weekly” rental only)
