Views of Derby Pond from house, Lake Salem just a minute away and Lake Memphremagog ten minutes away. Canada is 5 miles away, only 35 minutes to Jay Peak, and 40 minutes to Hill Farmstead.. Plenty of restaurants and stores located close by.

I love where it was located and overall it was clean and the beds were comfy as well as the couch if I wasn’t an out of stater I’d have chosen that as a place to live for myself!!! Thank you for the beautiful opportunity to stay in such a luxurious space.

Very comfortable and super close to the Knoll barn where my sons wedding was celebrated. I was so thankful we had air conditioning because it was a hot and humid weekend!

My husband and I came up to Derby to check out the snowmobile trails. The VAST system crosses right next to this house. Kristie gave us lots of great info on the nearby trails and what to go see. The apartment was stocked with everything you might need. The bed was very comfortable. It looked to me like all was freshly painted and furniture new. We would highly recommend this Host.

Cozy VT Fall Stay

Overall the location was perfect for us as we were there for my husband to participate in a cyclocross race in the NEK. The property was easy to find and close to the respective towns. It was also very clean. My only feedback was to update the plug in the bathroom (which I provided to the lister and she was extremely receptive) in order to have a working plug in the bathroom. Otherwise we would stay again! Thank you!

property was old with outdated fixtures. No one was there or did not greet us upon arrival, only number to call. THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER!! Also, no coffee or creamer. Television was not very programable - NETFLIX and others required a fee. Overall, it was way overpriced and would not stay there again nor recommend staying there.
