We speak NL-FR-ENG.

Apartment, with your own private entry.
Beds for up to 9 people, private kitchen, private living room, 2 private bathrooms and 1 private toilet. The house consists of 3 floors, I live on the mid floor myself. The lower floor is the one which is in the pictures.

Sheets and towels included.

Feel free to use one of our 4 terraces outside or to sit in the garden. We have a mini-pool, feel free to use it. I can help you with bicycle renting, breakfast/brunch/dinner location, ... just ask!

Free parking in front of the house.

No smoking allowed inside the house, outside no problem ofcourse.

Jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren als Familie da (alle erwachsen). Es war großartig. Ein super netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin und alles wie beschrieben. Vieles war vorhanden, was nicht beschrieben war. Der Garten und die Sitzgruppe sind super. Gewächshaus durfte mitbenutzt werden. Wir hatten tolle, entspannte Tage.

Wonderful staycation in a beautiful place !

Great location, very well equipped, beautiful garden and great outdoor facilities (pool, outdoor terrace). We stayed 4 nights (2 parents and 2 youg adults) and went all over Limburg for various visits, walks, bike rides etc. The owner was very helpful with information and tips prior to our stay and always available during the stay. We mainly used the kitchen bedrooms and outdoor facilities - ate outside, played family games oustide used the pool and resting place next to itt. The pool is small but perfect for a "fresh kick" after a long sunny and hot day ! Great stay not far from home (Brussels) ! Beautiful region !

Petit studio cosy

Studio assez atypique au niveau de l agencement. Petit point faible, Malgré la présence du wifi, la réception est très mauvaise et pas dans toutes les pièces. Pas de lavabo dans la salle de bain, ce qui n est pas très pratique. Présence d un congélateur mais qui ne fonctionne pas. Personnellement,le matelas était fort dure et donc nous avons eu mal au dos. Mais chacun aime des matelas différents. Le jardin est entretenu mais beaucoup de vis à vis donc pas très intime. Nous avons malheureusement pas pu profité de la mini piscine à cause du temps. Accueil chaleureux mais très brefs.

Hi Witney, you would have been very welcome anytime to ask for more information regarding the freezer (you need to plug it into the socket, then it works :) ) or the wifi, (we could have restarted it). I have indeed chosen for a range of soft & harder mattresses, and people are of course welcome to switch beds/ choose which mattress they prefer. I have other mattresses available, always happy to switch upon request :). Best regards!
