This home is a brand new remodel offering a great open floor plan with a nice welcoming entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen & family room with a wood burning stove. In the living room there is a picture window for great natural light in the house. This neighborhood is a prime location being centrally located to Lake Coeur d'Alene, downtown and Hayden Lake. This is our primary residence — the closet spaces will be available to hang belongings but will not be emptied. Kitchen space is stocked for guests to use spice cabinet, coffee, and refrigerator space. Kitchen is fully stocked for guests to be able to cook and bake comfortably.
We do have two cats on the property. They are not allowed in the house - however we do have a cat door for them to the garage for them to access their food & water. We have chickens out in the garden that you are welcome to see.
The chickens and cats do not need tending too while staying at our home.
