Total seclusion awaits you - Complete with a 3-acre pond, stocked with largemouth bass (no license required,) a pair of swans, and several giant Koi.

An adorable studio apartment, situated over a garage that looks like you walked into a Texaco Gas Station straight out of the 1960s. Located within 1/2 hour of the Carlisle Antique auto swap meet, and 1 hour from Hershey, Gettysburg and lots more!

The space
Owners are on-site in this totally secluded retreat. Your studio apartment is located up one flight of stairs. This is a working homestead, complete with 2 German Shepherds on the property.

Guest access
The studio apartment is located above the Texaco Garage. You will have use of the pond, with paddleboat and canoe, and the patio, including the grill and firepit. (We'll provide firewood and propane for the grill for you.)

You are also welcome to fish (catch and release largemouth bass & panfish.) If you bring your own equipment, please use barbless lures to avoid injuring the fish. You will be the only guest during your stay. The owners will be on-site but in a separate building.
