L’appartement correspondait à la description et l’emplacement est vraiment parfait très proche de la mer, du centre commercial, des commodités et le quartier est agréable. En revanche, dans la pièce principale, un dégât des eaux sur le plafond montre la vétusté des lieux. Problème d’humidité dans la salle de bain, ne pouvons pas aérer cette pièce/ condensation d’eau sur les vitres et sur les murs persistantes. La vaisselle dans les placards de la cuisine n’est pas bien nettoyée et nous retrouvons dans chacune des tasses à café, des résidus de thé ou de café séché des miettes de pain dans les rangements pour couvert et les portes des placards sont un peu grasses lorsqu’on n’y pose nos mains. Dommage, la chambre à coucher en revanche est très moderne, très propre et très lumineuse. Vraiment très agréable. bémol aucune place pour se garer en bas de l’immeuble. Le stationnement est impossible.

Apparemment bien agencé avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Proche commerces, transport, plage . La libération du logement pourrait être portée jusqu’à 12h au lieu de 10h sans frais supplémentaires.
