Ein schöne Unterkunft
In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht.schön warm.neue Geräte.Zentrale Lage.Schlussel Abholung 5 km Entfernung.
Ansonsten nur zum Weiterempfhlenen.

Une première impression très mitigée due à la « vétusté » du logement et au manque de clim. A l’ouverture du volet de la terrasse et à la vue depuis celle ci, l’impression commence à changer. Au fil de l’usage, l’absence de route entre la terrasse et la plage, l’accès en zone totalement piétonne jusqu’à CAP3000, idem de l’autre côté pour nombres de restaurants, encore une fois le visuel de l’aéroport jusqu’à Antibes depuis cette belle terrasse, font de ce logement un endroit très agréable.

La photo présentée correspond bien au cadre proposé par cet appartement. Malheureusement, elle ne montre pas, juste sur le côté gauche, la très grande proximité avec l'aéroport de Nice et son très fort trafic. Elle ne montre pas non plus l'intérieur de l'appartement, qui n'a pas du être repeint depuis dix ans au moins et le manque d'entretien, ne serait-ce qu'en termes de nettoyage. INTERHOME vous recevra cependant très bien et se montrera très disponible.

Sober met uitzicht op zee
Appartement is groot met balkon met uitzicht op zee. De inrichting is sober en Spartaans zo is er geen WiFi standaard. De locatie is prachtig en maakt veel goed

Ligging is goed, linnengoed niet
De ligging aan de promenade is zeer mooi. Foto komt overeen met het daadwerkelijke uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Alleen was de algemene staat zeer verouderd en niet echt proper, op de badkamer na. De ontvangen bedlakens in folie waren niet schoon - haren/pluisjes. Gelukkig was 2e set wel schoon. Sleuteloverdracht was slecht door foute informatie. Tip: een en ander zou eens gemoderniseerd kunnen worden. Top: ligging direct aan zee met eenvoudige toegang via een poort behorend bij het complex.

Appart très mal entretenu
Pas de télé avec 3 chaînes à peut près correct.cuisine mal entretenue. Salle à manger avec des meubles très vieux . Lorsque nous louons un appartement à ce prix là semaine 1000e j'ai toujours eu mieu

Nach der Wohnung in Port Camargue war diese Wohnung eine wahre Erholung.-Man fühlte sich hier willkommen.-Kleine sympathische Gesten, man hat sich bemüht, diese Wohnung wohnlich zu gestalten.-Trotzdem gab es ein grosses Problem, das Wasser.- Der Wasserdruck war minimal.-Ich habe nicht einmal geduscht in dieser Wohnung.-Dusche , wie Waschbecken-ein Rinnsal.Ansonsten ist St.Laurent du Var laut, wegen des Flughafens schon.-Praktisch die Nähe zum Meer.-Wir haben wegen Corona auch zu spät gebucht.
