Welcome to The James Dēne, your slice of lake life! Our 2 story condo in the heart of New Buffalo is the perfect place to come and unwind! This newly built, luxe development is just 1 block off of Whitaker, and 3 blocks to the Amtrak platform. 3 bed, 2.5 bath, and 2000 sq. ft. Enjoy the private in-ground pool in the summer, and snuggle up in front of the fireplace in the winter! Music and movie buff? Enjoy our WiFi and whole-house Sonos sound system. Walk to EVERTHING, including the beach!

The space
Enjoy the beautiful weather on the main floor patio, or the 2nd story deck. Come together in the open concept kitchen/living room, or relax in the family room with wet bar and 70" tv. We designed the space for comfort, and we hope you'll make it your home away from home! (Please read full house rules for HOA guidelines. Thank you!)
