Walks along the seashore, walks in the forest, discoveries of salt marshes or lounging on the beach... everything is accessible from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Sables-d'Olonne, this bright house is ideal for family or friends vacations.

Comfortable and very carefully decorated, the house consists of:
Bright and carefully decorated living room, equipped with a pellet stove
Fully equipped and functional kitchen: Krups coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerator/freezer combinations, dishes and utensils
4 bedrooms upstairs, one with separable beds into 2 single beds
Bathroom with shower
2 independent toilets
Office space with Wi-Fi, come and telework by the sea!
Parking in front of the house (other free parking spaces in the street)

Pleasant garden to enjoy beautiful days
Outdoor kitchen with griddle, gas stove, sink and bar perfect for friendly summer evenings

Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
