This renovated space is the perfect spot for your Lake Geneva get away! One of three units in this building, the nautically-themed Delavan Suite is located just blocks from the lake and less than a mile from the downtown district. Half a mile to the famous Riviera (easy walk with sidewalk)A hop, skip and jump from the famous Geneva Lake shore path. Take the sidewalk to the Lake .4 miles away! Walk to nearby restaurant Lake City Social or have a craft cocktail at the speakeasy bar at Maxwell Mansion. Very close to the Cove hotel, Bella Vista, and Clearwater Outdoor paddleboard and kayak rentals. Boat rentals less than a mile away!

The Delavan Suite features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three day beds (each with a pull out trundle) to accommodate a total of 10 guests. A small but fully equipped kitchen gives guests the option to eat in if they so choose.

*Please be advised that since this unit is one of 3 in a building, there may be some muffled noise heard from the other surrounding units*

*Backyard area is a shared space between three units

Short Stay...

We took our family to Chicago for a Cubs game and stopped in Lake Geneva for a night. We wish we could have stayed more than one night because we really enjoyed our stay. Next time we will definitely spend more time. The house was clean, and had plenty of space for all of us. The location was 3-4 minutes from everything so overall very convenient.

Great space/perfect location!!!!

The property was very clean, spacious and well equipped with blankets, pillows, towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. We had everything we needed. Minutes from the beach and downtown area. There is also a piggly wiggly nearby, gas station, liquor store right down the street. The owner is very friendly and prompt with answering any questions. We will be staying again in the future. It’s a great place!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations as well as Lake Geneva as a girl’s weekend away. The unit was wonderful and spacious-allowing us to spread out using the upstairs as our dining n game playing area and the lower unit as tv/movie viewing one. It was a perfect fit. Siblings get away

It worked well for the 7 of us However we like to cook and it was short on kitchen towels dish rags paper towels and really short on hand towels in the bathrooms

Cozy. They were prompt coming to fix the trundle beds twice. We had to call for more towels, promptly brought bath towels but no additional hand towels or wash cloths. Kitchen only had one dish towel and dish rag. Hard to regulate heat…downstairs cold & upstairs hot. Tissues & larger trash bins would have been nice.

Girls Weekend

Great proximity to downtown and Maxwell mansion. There were a few things we wanted to let you know about. We stayed when the temps were very cold, there was a large crack in the top of the front door which allowed a lot of cold air to come in making the ground floor level very cold. We actually woke up one more and the door nob and lock were frosted. The lower level could use a good vacuum as well. Under the bed were pretty dirty and the rug was dirty as well. Other than that we really enjoyed the space and had a very nice weekend. :)

Quiet and Relaxing

Plenty of room for the 5 of us looking for a low key, relaxing girls weekend. Two floors made it convenient to go downstairs to hang out and watch tv but those who wanted to sleep could go upstairs. Inviting decor and we realized we packed more than needed as the beach house supplied most everything we needed. Greta trip!
