The house is located near the trails leading to the headwaters of the Yonne River, accessible from the house through the forest. The more adventurous can also hike to Haut Folin in about a 2-hour walk. <br>The Rangere pond is accessible via the trails in a 20-minute walk. <br><br>A covered patio lets you have lunch outside in the summer and enjoy the outdoors without getting too hot. <br>The stone house also stays very cool during heat waves.<br><br>Two toilets, one bathroom with a bathtub. <br><br>The kitchen is modest, but you’ll have all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious meals. <br>The kitchen-dining area features a large table perfect for hosting large gatherings. Next to it is a cosier living room for evenings. <br><br>A selection of board games, books, and DVDs is available for your use. <br>The house does not have a TV or Wi-Fi. <br><br><br>This historic home is a private residence.
