Washer and Dryer in unit, Living room has Smart TV, WiFi, beautiful sofa with 2 swivel chairs. Dining Area has Floor to Ceiling glass Windows that can be opened for fresh air and Seabreeze, Dining area has Buffet and a Bar.

Vanderbilt Beach Delight
We had a fantastic season in this beautiful penthouse condo! Lovely, central location with fantastic view of Vanderbilt Lagoon, just steps to the beach and a short drive to Naples and fine dinning and shopping! Homeowners are very nice and super responsive if we had to reach out with a questions. We will definitely return in the future!!
