On the ground floor: a living room with fireplace, an independent fitted kitchen, a bedroom opening onto the terrace of the summer kitchen, its bathroom and a toilet.
This living room gives access to two terraces:
-a covered terrace under a gazebo on the pool side: wooden dining table and wicker armchairs with summer kitchen (fridge/LV/plancha/ice maker)
- another covered terrace under a gazebo on the kitchen side: garden furniture with coffee table accompanied by a standing table and high stools
Two independent reception areas allowing you to enjoy two exhibitions

On the 1st floor: bedroom with cupboards opening onto a Tropezian terrace with a nice view, its shower room and a toilet

Garden level: 3 bedrooms with cupboards opening onto the terrace and the garden, their shower rooms and toilets
