Spacious Chis Residence is a modern Mediterranean villa. The property is brand new, very spacious (100 + 100 m2), beautifully designed, and superbly equipped. The downstairs suite is optimal for four people while the upstairs suite is ideal for five people. The property has its own parking space and is located within walking distance of several beautiful beach sites. In front of the villa is a small, lovely linden tree garden with a barbecue place, dining table as well as a lounge chair.

There will always be someone to welcome guests on their arrival and to escort them on their last day. Our balcony, terrace, barbecue area, and garden are a perfect location for the morning breakfast or evening relaxing dinner, while the parking garage and a street parking space are also available for our guests. The property has a ground floor and upper floor area.
