Cozy, spacious, 4 bedroom, 3 bath just two blocks from the hustle and bustle of Main Street and three blocks to the Park City Town Lift. The house is on the bus route, with easy access to Deer Valley.

Main Level includes nice living room with full kitchen and dining area. Living room includes 47' Flat Screen TV and home theater with CD/DVD. Furnished with quality contemporary pieces and nicely decorated.

Master bedroom includes a king with private bath and balcony. The second bedroom is on the lower level and includes a king bed with a sliding glass door opening to the outside. The third bedroom includes two queen beds. Fourth bedroom includes bunk bed.

Great Location, great property!!!

The host was super responsive to requests for early check in, as we were trying to ski a half day when we arrived. During our stay, he responded to all questions/requests quickly. The property was in an awesome location very walkable to the town lift, kitchen was well equipped, and hot tub was great for our group!

Easily slept our group of 11. Could’ve slept more no problem. Walking distance to lifts and bars / restaurants on Main St. Very convenient and perfect spot for a big group.

Park City ski vaycay

Everything in Park City was easily accessible from the condo- it was a 3 minute walk to a shuttle stop, which was <10 minute ride to the base of Park City mountain. The town lift and restaurants were maybe a 10 minute walk.

Great location great house

House is in a great location just a few minutes walk from main street and 10minutes from the town center lift. Its a slightly older house so if you are looking for an impeccable property look else where but for the price and location you cant beat it and it was perfect for our group. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. Host was very quick to respond when we couldnt get into the garage. Would stay agaun in a heartbeat. 5/5 would recommend. .

Fabulous experience

John went out of his way when we needed things especially installing air conditioners in the window since we came in a hot week. The towels were substantial and plenty. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking. Overall it was a fabulous experience because of the attentiveness of the owner! I highly recommend this place!

Needs some improvements..

The house location is great. The house is older, which is fine. But it definitely needs some updating. The basement room is too cold to stay in (and would benefit from one or two floor heaters). The bathrooms are small and dated, making it hard for larger groups to share the house. The second floor bunk beds are very uncomfortable, and could use replacement. The owner / manager was very nice and responsive to emails and messages.

Perfect for Large Groups

Great value from a property for large groups and large families. Multi level with lots of private areas and it's perfectly positioned between Park City and Deer Valley for quick shuttle access to both ski areas, and a quick walk to the core of Park City.

Great location but a Tired Property

We had a group of 7 and the place had plenty of space for sleeping and is conveniently located. There is a bus stop directly across the street heading to Deer Valley, one within 100 yards heading down the street to PC. Main St is an easy walk. When we arrived there were a number of things that required attention (light bulbs, spare equipment, door broken.....) and the owner jumped right on them and fixed them. There were a number of other things that were disappointing. Get ready to deal with stairs. The condo is built into a hillside and there is only one room on every half floor and you also have to climb a set of stairs to get from the garage to the front door. You will get exercise with this place. Also the overall condition of the place I would characterize as tired. Things were broken or missing in the kitchen, mold on shower curtains.... Consensus of the group was we would not repeat at the price.

Amazing trip to park city!

We had a great trip and the place was really nice. We had 4 couples and 1 single, which worked well with the 4 bedrooms and large living room. We cooked/grilled most nights, but walked 2 blocks to Main Street for dinner 2 nights. Also, the hot tub and steam shower were great after a long day riding! Jon and his dad were great hosts!

Awesome place, awesome location, awesome host!

We will definitely be back, this place is awesome! It has a very nice layout for a medium sized group and there is a huge hot tub on the back deck with a grill. It's also less than 2 blocks to Main Street, so we walked into town every day. It's also on the free park city bus route, so we didn't even need a car. The owner, Jon, was very hospitable and went out of his way to make sure that we had a great time and saved us a lot of money on lift tickets. He even got us last minute dinner reservations at the best restaurant in town! Highly recommended, just don't our week! :)

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable townhouse which easily accommodated all nine of us. It was so easy to ski at Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley, as well as to explore the town, without having a rental car. The owner was friendly, helpful and available, and did so much to make our stay even more enjoyable. We would certainly stay here again!
