On the outskirts, in a sunny position, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach, in the woods. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden. Barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox), parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bicycle rental 7 km, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 2.5 km, public bathing area 2.5 km. Riding stable 3 km, cycle lane 10 m. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.
3-room house 61 m2. Comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 double sofabeds (125 cm, length 195 cm), Scandinavian wood stove, TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 11 m2 with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 11 m2 with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating, electric heating. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: smoke alarm. Energy costs: 20 KW per day included in price.

Obiekt w miejscu cichym, spokojnym. Gospodarz uczynny, gościnny. Jest pomieszczenie na rowery. Przydało by się odświeżyć teren zieleni, zabudować bojler zamiast podgrzewacza przepływowego. ( duże wahania temperatury wody ) Dobra izolacja domu, pomimo wysokich temperatur przyjemny chłodek wewnątrz.

Dom jest super, ale jednak jest jeden duży minus; kabina w łazience jest z pewnością do wymiany. Osoby nieco bardziej przy ciele po prostu się w niej nie zmieszczą. Czemu nie zastosowano tu systemu, jaki jest powszechnie stosowany w Danii?

Dom w lesie

Bardzo fajny domek, położony w lesie sosnowym w pełni wyposażony. Cisza i spokój. Można się zrelaksować w tych chorych czasach. Do morza 15 minut jazdy rowerkami. Na pewno tam jeszcze wrócimy.

Super Sommerurlaub

kurz und knapp : - Haus liegt etwas versteckt, bitte GEO-Daten zur Navigation benutzen - der Vermieter war super nett, Kommunikation etwas schwierig mit etwas Englisch sonst nur Polnisch - das Haus war ein in einem super Zustand - Lage topp, ruhige Lage fast mitten im Wald - trotzdem keine Probleme mit Mücken usw. - verschiedene Lokalitäten zu Fuß oder Fahrrad zu erreichen - kleiner Kiosk auch am WE geöffnet - topp - Strand ist leicht mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, für's Auto gibt es einen sehr günstigen bewachten Parkplatz, von dort ist es noch ein knapper Kilometer zum Strand - Strand selbst wird überwacht - mindestens 3 Rettungsschwimmer bis ca. 18:00 Uhr immer anwesend und aufmerksam! - Essen und Trinken gibt's auch günstig
