This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit with Bay views. There are nicely painted walls throughout and the warm color tones are reminiscent of a high-end hotel. There are tastefully furnishings in the living room, dining area and both bedrooms, including a new TV in the living room and a wonderful sleeper sofa couch with a memory foam mattress. The owner has also done an excellent job of tastefully decorating the unit throughout. There is a washer/dryer in the unit along with Wi-Fi. Last, but not least are those relaxing bay views that will be waiting for you at the end of your fun filled day!

The Makai is known for its many great amenities such as the indoor pool, sauna, billiards room and gym. This Makai is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (3 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf, jet skis and much more!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
