Located between the village of Ouville-la-rivière and all its shops, and the large beach of Quiberville, this charming longère can accommodate a small family.
Surrounded by its enclosed garden, with a view of the beautiful surrounding countryside, the house is entirely on one level.
Upon returning from the beach, or from a lovely walk, you can enjoy relaxing by the fireplace.
The living room also has an office, convenient for a few hours of teleworking.
A second very bright living area offers a space to have lunch together and a comfortable TV corner.
The house is located at the start of numerous hiking trails.
It is ideally placed to visit the Alabaster Coast region from Fécamp to Dieppe.
