Magnolia & Maple has recently been updated and upgraded! New features include a work station with hi-speed internet, surround sound in the living room and updated décor. This 3 BR, 2 BA home sits on a quite street and offers the opportunity to relax by the private pool, walk or bike the 8/10 of a mile to PD's famous beaches, or get some exercise with tennis, golf, or pickleball. Close to Shelter Cove shopping and dining. HHI is a pedestrian and bike friendly area with plenty to do.

There's a large family room with vaulted ceilings and spacious seating. Flat screen TVs are mounted in the living room and all bedrooms. The Carolina Room has a spacious seating area & views of golf course. Plenty of beds and bedrooms to spread out. Walk in closets & two baths. Kitchen remodeled with new countertops, cabinets, full bar area & stainless steel appliances. Completely equipped with all you would need!

The Best stay in Hilton Head

The property was just right for the 3 of us. We are older adults and don't do much beach stuff. We lounged around the pool. Cooked, grilled and played games. The kitchen was the best stocked I've ever had, and I've been traveling to HH every year since about 2015. We brought a lot of stuff but did not need it. I will be looking at this property if we decide to visit HH again. The entire house was right up our alley. Shout out to Bob and Linda for allowing us to stay their beautiful home.

Great stay

This house was plenty big enough for our family. Our grandsons loved the pool, had plenty of sleeping space, and great dining area for all of us. Little further from the beach then we wanted, but the area to drive and park to was always easy and we had no issues finding a spot to park. Beach was very clean.

Hilton Head Revisit and Winter Getaway

We choose this property for its location and accommodations We found it to be perfect for us. The home was well maintained, Clean and well stocked with all the basic necessities. The furniture and bedding was very comfortable too - we welcomed that as a Rental in Fl had the most uncomfortable that we ended up leaving The rental. We are former HHI residents who moved away 20 years Ago and now have family living in Bluffton so we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and all that HHI offers. Our favorite restaurant Charlie’s Coastal Bistro (formerly Charlie’s d’etoille) on New Orleans Rd is Still our fav! We thank our hosts Bob and Linda for a memorable Visit to their beautiful home 🏡🌴💕

Great Vacation Home for Family

Enjoyed a relaxing week at Magnolia and Maple over the holidays. House was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family. Bob was great to work with and promptly answered all communication. Enjoyed the heated pool which was cleaned a couple times during the week. The newer bikes were very nice which we rode every day to the beach, Shelter Cove and on the bike trails around Palmetto Dunes. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

We are Bob and Linda Paroline. We live in Essex Junction, Vermont, a small town nestled between the ski slopes and hiking trails of Mount Mansfield and the shores and bike trails of Lake Champlain. Bob works as an Electrical Engineer and Linda is an Army nurse who works in an administrative role in the National Guard. We have four grown children in various places in the country.

We are out of state, but available via phone whenever you need us, and have a local property manager available as well.

Hilton Head Island is a pedestrian and bike-friendly community with tons to offer. Quick access to the beach, shopping and dining have made HHI our new favorite vacation spot. We are delighted to share our space with others looking for a combination of quiet at home and opportunities to get out for a variety of experiences.
