A 5-minute sidewalk stroll to Weaverville's restaurants, parks, shops & breweries. A 15-minute drive or Uber ride to downtown Asheville, the South Slope & Biltmore Estate. 7 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Hi speed Wi-Fi and great cell phone reception. Unbeatable location! Everything necessary for a comfortable, relaxing & fun stay!
This Bungalow has been lovingly restored and beautifully furnished down to the last detail to provide you with the most comfortable & relaxing stay.

Glass Enclosed Front Porch: Enter the house through the sliding glass porch door. This lovely all weather room is a wonderful place to spend time. The glass walls are all made of sliding glass doors when opened up, it becomes a screened in porch. Watch the world go by as neighbors walk their dogs or jog past. There are 2 large rocking chairs to relax in and cushioned patio furniture.

LIVING ROOM: This wide open, light filled living space features 10 ft ceilings, original stone fireplace & hearth with vent free gas logs(Operable Sept 15-April15), over sized suede couch, 2 fully swiveling club chairs and a large wall mounted smart TV. Just bring your password(s) for your streaming account(s).

DINING ROOM: This sun drenched dining room, just off the kitchen and open to the living room features a glass top table and cushioned seating for 4.
Enjoy the reading nook off to the side of the dining room, next to the windows with a luxurious recliner & small table for your cup of coffee and book.

KITCHEN: This fully equipped, large kitchen, features stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans- basically all of the necessities to cook, including salt, pepper and cooking spray- that is- if you choose to eat in. (There are so many good restaurants within walking distance). We also provide a Keurig duo coffee maker that brews either a pot of coffee or one cup. Bring your favorite pods or use the reusable pods, ground coffee and sweetener that we provide.
The refrigerator has a filtered water dispenser just inside the door on the left which provides an unlimited supply of ice cold filtered water. Fill up your water bottles before and after hikes.

MBR: The sunny master bedroom is in the front of the house and features a super comfy King bed custom head board made from an interior door original to the house, a night stand and lamp on each side, black out curtains, ceiling fan, dresser and a large walk in closet with vacuum, ironing board and iron and luggage rack.
Master Bath: The unique sliding barn door to the bathroom was custom made from an original interior door from the house. It separates the MBR and bath. The large bath with 4 sunny windows features original hardwood floors, custom tiled shower, double towel bars, robe hook & a beautiful marble top vanity with drawers and under counter space.

We provide blow dryer, make up removal pads, hand soap, body wash and shampoo. The custom tiled shower/tub has a curved shower rod and dual shower heads-enjoy!

Guest BDR: This cheerful guest room located separately towards the back of the house, features a ceiling fan, large chest of drawers, a very comfortable queen bed with nightstands and lamps on each side and a 55" wall mounted T.V. with Roku streaming stick is provided for you to use on a guest account, just bring your password(s) for your streaming account(s). Just off the bedroom and only accessed through the bedroom is a sunny private office.

Office: This is a private light filled room with amazing mountain views from the windows just above the office desk & chair. It is a wonderful quiet & private space to take calls, conduct business or read a book in. There is a book case stocked with some books to share, a luggage rack wall shelf with hanging rod & hangers for your hanging clothing.

Guest Bath: This large bathroom includes double sink vanity, linen closet, custom shower with dual shower head, curved shower rod, dual flush toilet, double towel bar, and sliding transom window above tub. Blow dryer, hand soap, make up removal pads, body wash and shampoo.

Laundry Area: Just off of the kitchen is a separate laundry area with a front loading stack washer and dryer and laundry sink.

Sunroom: One of my favorite rooms in the house- A full glass door opens onto the sunroom with vaulted ceiling and 3 sliding glass doors overlooking sweeping panoramic mountain Views. There is beautiful couch, an oversized, two person round swivel chair for snuggling and reading, a high top table and chairs for dining, relaxing and sipping that morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The view is always changing with the weather and time of day. Just breathtaking!

DECK: The sunroom opens onto a 12x24 deck with oversized comfy rockers and chaise lounge chairs for total relaxation while soaking up the stunning mountain views.

Back Yard:
You are welcome to walk and explore the entire property front and back.
Below the sunroom is a cement patio with a 4 chair patio dining set, a gas BBQ grill and cool hanging rope porch swing for two.
This is a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and soak in the breathtaking mountain views.
There is also a gas fire pit in the back yard with Adirondack chairs and tables all overlooking the same spectacular mountain views, all for your enjoyment.
