This Bay View Grand property is located on the 10th floor in the 'C' Building and has the best view of the mountains and downtown of Puerto Vallarta and the Banderas Bay. Very safe and highly secured, fully equipped, newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, modern Mexican design and furnishings with the Jacuzzi on the balcony; very functional floor plan.
The endless pool has heated areas and kids pools in both ends. There is a restaurant in the pool area. The location is in a walking distance to Marina with variety of restaurants and shops, close to the supermarket, hotels, and Marina Golf Course. Bus or taxi transportation is close by and very affordable. Long beach and pleasant ocean. The English speaking property manager is on site. Airport transportation and full cleaning service is provided.
