Experience the charm of all three cottages, set on a private 75-foot waterfront with a front yard, bonfire pit (wood not provided for the 36-inch ring), and a walk-in beach on Grand Lake.

**Package Details:**
- Each cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering stunning views of Grand Lake and Grand Island as soon as you step inside.
- The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas lead to a sliding glass door that opens onto a private patio overlooking the lake. Each patio is equipped with a gas grill (fuel tank provided, but the amount may vary) and seating for four.
- A linen package is included (please note: no daily housekeeping or towel exchange service is provided, and all linens must remain inside the cottages).

**Cottage Layout:**
- Accommodates a maximum of 4 adults or 6 guests with children aged 15 and under.
- Each cottage includes a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed (weight limits: 400 lbs for the bottom bunk and 200 lbs for the top bunk).

**Additional Amenities:**
The Grand Cottages and Suite offer a range of common areas across the 2-acre property for guests to enjoy. Besides the three lakefront cottages, we also have three lakeview suites available for a minimum two-night stay. Each cottage package includes its own private yard and beach, along with access to a shared lakefront area featuring 50 feet of shared waterfront between the east and west shore beaches.

Our family and friend group had a great time. The cabins are small and rustic. The outside space is excellent. We had good weather and spent the entire time on grand lake, boating, fishing and swimming. Bring water shoes, the lake is clear but rocky. Kids loved playing in the sand on the beach. There is a great fire pit and the kayaks were a nice amenity. Bring camp chairs and bug spray.

Great Lake Getaway!

This is a little gem on the shores of a beautiful lake in northern Michigan.....the cottages are nicely furnished, very clean, with sandy areas for small kids to play, a huge grassy yard with picnic tables, & big old trees to sit under and enjoy the lake breezes. Each cabin has its own gas grill and deck with table/chairs; living room is cozy and bedrooms are snug, but comfy, with lots of fluffy bath towels furnished and enough starter items to last several days (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, soap, etc.) Kayaks are furnished, as are breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. We had a small family reunion & rented 3 cabins (each with two bedrooms) with 4 small dogs, 2 kids, and 9 adults. It was wonderful - s'mores by the campfire (bring your own camp chairs), swimming, playing bocce ball and corn hole and cards and games, laughing, talking, eating, drinking, cooking and picnicking. The owner was in touch via text at any time and very responsive and helpful on all levels. We've stayed in 5-star hotels overseas and had as much, or more fun here, being together in this rustic, beautiful setting as some of those more exotic trips. Our kids said "Thank you for renting these for us - this has been so great for all of us!!!" And we agreed - it was memorable, fun, and simplistic. Beautiful!

Very nice place!

Needed to rent three separate cabins/houses for my daughter and son and their families (grandkids) as well as a separate place for us. These houses were located right on the lake with direct lake access. Beautiful sunsets!! We had a great time with our own front grassy area for kids to run around and play games (cornhole, etc.). We had access to the dock as well as our own beach area with camp fire. Houses were very clean and well stocked with all necessary items (linens, bath towels, kitchen items, etc ). Beds/mattresses very comfortable. Communications with owner was very good as she was very responsive if we had questions. The kids loved the lake, and went swimming almost every day. It was nice and shallow for a ways out. Only slight drawback, the lake is sandy but has many rocks and boulders even if you waded out. So elderly will have a hard time walking out there. You must wear water shoes. Many nice sight seeing things to do and see. And stores were not far away if you need last minute items. All in all, this was a very nice place to stay and owners very nice!! I would highly recommend staying there. We all had a great time!

The cabins were well stocked owner was on site available for any needs and vcincerns.

The lake is right in the back yard. Yard games And kayaks were waiting for us. We divided the 3 cabins into boys girls with the small children with their parents The food was in the middle boys cabin we ate breakfast lunch n dinner at the picnic table coffee was served in the girls cabin avoiding the small children n parents interruptions,in the third cabin. We used the grill for supper and the fire pit for evening s’mores. The owner was willing to accept suggestion snd comments of improvement. A Coin operated washer and dryer is needed for children and is in the future planning stage. Updating the bathroom in the middle cabin is also in the future planning stage. Over all our family get away was positive. The cabins are tucked away from the road allowing the children freedom to run in the yard while the adult played ansimple corn hole game..
