Crystal Sands 212B is a GORGEOUS 2nd floor GULF FRONT unit that has been completely renovated! It has new tiled flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, new designer backsplash, new lighting, furniture, decor and smart TVs. The owners have done a magnificent job in making this desirable condo into truly something very special! AND...there is an AMAZING Gulf front view!

From the balcony you can watch dolphins swim while enjoying the soothing sound of the waves, or enjoy the breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. Relax on the sugar white sand beach and enjoy the emerald green waters of the Gulf Coast with your complimentary beach service (two chairs and one umbrella, Mar-Oct). Other amenities include a heated pool on the front side of the building with lounge chairs and two grilling areas at each end of the boardwalk. The unit also includes free wireless internet.

In the main living and kitchen areas the kitchen has been redesigned to open up the space and maximize the view. A queen sleeper sectional with a custom mattress and a 55” Smart HDTV round out the truly comfortable living room.

The fully furnished custom kitchen features brand new cabinets, quartz countertops, a stainless steel sink and stainless appliances. All the necessities are there from cookware and utensils to a coffee maker and a toaster, again all brand new.

The bathrooms have been completely remodeled with brand new cabinetry, fixtures, quartz counter tops and custom tile work. The hall bath features built in cabinetry and shelving for plenty of storage while the master bath features a tub/shower combination. The laundry space includes a brand new full sized stainless washer and dryer.

You will truly relax in the master bedroom on your king size bed and custom furniture. A wall mounted TV and bedside seating provide all the comforts of home.

The little ones will love the bunk beds in the hall as theycome with their own TVs!

The unit has been decorated with relaxation in mind. Soft tranquil colors and comfortable casual furniture make this the perfect beach retreat. The unit sleeps six with a king bed in the master suite, built in twin bunks in the hallway and a queen sleeper in the living room.

Crystal Sands is conveniently located in the popular Crystal Beach area of Scenic Highway 98 only minutes from Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Downtown Destin, the Harbor Docks, Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf.

Wonderful and user friendly

The house was very clean and there were instructions on the tv (etc). The view was beautiful and the pool was nice for later in the evening. It’s really close to beachfront restaurants which we enjoyed. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation

The condo was even better in person. Extremely clean and well stocked with everything we could need. Top of the line appliances. Location was perfect. Not too crowded but still close to everything we wanted to do. Donna was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome property as described. Great Location. Visited for only 2 days after stay at another place in same complex. This place was unbelievable, updated, had all the accessories. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Only complaint would be high fees especially for a 2 day stay.

We had an Amazing week!!! I have been coming to Destin for over 20 years, and this Condo was the best!!! Everything you could ask for and then some. Beautiful, Brand New Renovation!

We had an amazing stay at Crystal Sands 212B!! Everything was brand new which was SO NICE!!! Very clean. Loved the beach, location, convenience of parking. Only negative, the pool at building B was closed all week, the pool at building A was open, but we only used it briefly one night anyway. We enjoyed eating carry out from Kenny D’s many nights!! Very close to tons of shopping, fun, restaurants- would definitely recommend!!!!

Beach Front Condo

Overall we had a great stay in Crystal Beach. The best part was this condo was steps away from the beach. The rental included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella which was super helpful and it was within walking distance to a couple of restaurants. We had everything we needed in the condo which was recently remodeled and it was very clean. My only negative was the building the condo was located in. The pool was pretty much in the parking lot so not on the beach side and the building itself was very old and rundown.

Nice Getaway before the crowds arrive!

The condo is lovely and comfortable. The views from the porch are beautiful! We had issues with the ac but the property manager had repair person come quickly. The beach chair/umbrella service is great! A few thing items that would be nice is to have: beach towels and a small cooler provided for guests. Also, there are no plastic cups or any extra toilet paper or paper towels provided. A few “extra” touches go a long way! If we brought kids, a sand toy kit would be helpful. Property grounds are well kept. Pool could use a good cleaning. But the beach front cannot be beat!

When we Arrived, there was no Management there, everything time we went no one was in the office there is no one to ask questions to will never stay there again. Only if condos get in a better condition, and better management.

They are another Management Company and do not have anything to do with this condo. I emailed you complete check in information when you booked on June 15. I noted that "if you have any questions, to please call me" and I gave you my phone number. On July 24, VRBO sent you the code to get in and my name, phone number and email address. 212B is a gorgeous condo that has been completely updated and has all 5 star reviews. I am very disappointed that you felt it necessary to give a 2 star review when you should have known to call me with any questions that you had. Great views

Renting this unit/property was everything it said. Clean, right on the beach, amazing views. Watched the dolphins play every morning. Beach set up was excellent. Everything you needed was there. And it is on the destins east side where the traffic is not bad at all. The only downfall about this property is it goes through Vrbo. Outrageous charges. All of the charges that were tacked on at the end almost-exceeded our condo fee itself. But again the condo was great. Would we rent this condo again? Yes

Musty Unit

The apartment is as listed however the smell we had during our stay was bad. The apartment had a strong musty smell. I reported the smell and I was offered a deep duct cleaning but 4 days later and I had to leave the unit for 4 hrs. My family stayed across the street for almost half of the price and her apartment was very clean and nice.

Elvira, I am so sorry that your stay at this gorgeous condo was negatively impacted by a musty smell. The Crystal Sands is Gulf Front, which provides our guests with amazing views and the convenience of walking just steps to the Emerald Green Waters. Unfortunately, we have found that guests love to listen to the sounds of the surf and sometimes leave the two patio doors open letting the humidity seep into the condo. The humidity gets into the HVAC vents and causes the musty smell. This is easily fixed by providing treatment to the HVAC system, vents and structure. I was able to arrange this treatment 3 days after being notified by you. The contractor had other jobs, and Thursday was his first available opening. As a safety precaution to our guests, especially little ones, we ask that you leave for 4 hours during this treatment. Initially, you said that you and your family would spend the 4 hours at another unit where some of your family was vacationing. However, when my contractor came to do the treatment, you would not allow him to do the work. Therefore, the treatment was immediately done as soon as you departed the unit. We take the health and wellbeing of our guests very seriously, and we want them to have an amazing vacation. As soon as a guest reports any issues, we take steps to correct as soon as possible. This condo is a Gem! The owners do everything possible to make it as nice, as updated, and as clean as humanly possible. Donna
