We fell in love with this property because of the beautiful outdoor setting looking out to the mountains with georgous sunrise views. An entertainers dream with heated inground pool, putting green, spa and covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, lots of seating and cable TV to watch golf or your favorite sports or shows. A single level split floor plan along with a large open kitchen with lots of counter space and cabinets and a main living room along with a dining and pool table room all setup for entertaining. A large master suite offers a couch, TV, large walk in closet and beautiful bathroom with tile walk in shower, jetted tub and dual vanity. Two additional bedrooms with queen size beds and TV's as well as an office with pull own murphy single bed. Two additional bathrooms with remodeled tile showers and vanitys. Not that you should be working on vacation we do have two sets of washer/ and dryers with large laundry room as well as large garage and plenty of parking.

We absolutely love Fountain Hills for its quaint small town feel but still offering many restaurants and entertainment. Close to the casino as well as 5 of my favorite golf courses all located in the Fountain Hills area. Also close to Scottsdale and other popular shopping and restaurant spots!
