This home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, beautiful living room with fireplace with bar nook, and you won’t want to leave the kitchen. This home is nestled in the hills sitting cozy on Desert Canyon golf course. A short walk to the clubhouse and you’ll be eating a great meal or golfing the course. There is a private staircase that leads to a fabulous guest suite. New resurfaced pool/decking. This is not a heated pool which is cool in the winter months. (November-February). Every room in the home boasts magnificent views of the mountains and the golf course. The sunrises, sunsets and night sky are truly breathtaking over Four Peaks and McDowell Mountains! Don’t miss out staying at this immaculate home in the most amazing city in Arizona. Hot tub seats 4-6 people. Pet free home. No children allowed on property.

Paradise !

My wife and I loved this place ! From the peace and quiet, to the beautiful views of 4 peaks, this place checks all of the boxes. The house was very well stocked with all of the essentials. The bed was super comfortable, along with the living room furniture. The patio and pool area was like having your very own backyard oasis. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Desert Canyon Golf Course's club house. The food there was awesome ! Also close to shopping and restaurants, but far enough away to be able to enjoy peace and quiet. Whether you are a golfer or just looking to relax I would highly recommend this place !

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It is very nice inside and out. The pool was great, especially since the temperature was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit nearly every day of our visit. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, that is close to shopping, a casino, services, and restaurants.

Perfect location

We felt much at home in this house, providing a very good standard in a stunning location. The only (minor) negative point was that we felt that not enough attention was being given to the kitchen, be it cleanliness or order. We have addressed this with the owner upon departure and she wanted to address this immediately with the cleaners.

Dream Birthday

Visited here to celebrate the big 4-0 with another couple and it couldn't have been more perfect. The master/guest suites were located on opposite ends of the home which was exactly what we were looking for. Views were spectacular. Photos don't do justice. Highly Recommend for a relaxing vacation.

Cousins reunion

We traveled to Arizona to visit with a cousin who we don't see frequently. The entire process of getting to the home, entering and getting setup was great. Everything was as presented in the listing and instructions were clear and complete. The house was clean and tidy. The bathroom fixtures are a little dated, but function ok. Linens were nice, clean, and there were plenty for all rooms. If there was a wish list, a bicycle or two would have been great to have access to. Could update with a couple of board games perhaps. These are minor details - the home, hostess, and stay were truly terrific and we would definitely recommend.

We love AZ

We were so excited to try a new location and this beautiful house in fountain Hills Arizona. Kristin was immediately responsive to any requests. We had arrived late, and check-in was very easy. This house is not only amazing but beautiful and fantastic views. It is set up perfectly for three couples with the basement having its own private suite and living space. Kitchen is very spacious, but disappointed the dining room only had a table for four. All the extra amenities inside you will need!! Beds were amazing. Outdoor deck space comfortable for morning coffee and late night fire conversation. Lower deck had the best pool space we could ask for. Putting green, hot tub and deck chairs were perfect. This house is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. My ONLY complaint for this house is there is a lot of steps!! Highly recommend for this area!!

We had a wonderful stay. There were couple things out of our host Kristin’s control that stopped a 5 star review. However she was very responsive to any issues. Nothing stopped us from truly enjoying our visit. The area is beautiful and the sunrises every morning from the deck were stunning. We loved the gas firepit on the deck most evenings. Even got to see a spectacular rising full moon!! Loved watching the sun rise over the mountains. So many areas to take a leisurely or exercise walk at the house or within 10 minutes. Area was not traffic congested at all and only 25 minutes from airport. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if heading to Phoenix/Scottsdale/Fountain Hills area. Thank you for sharing your home with us Kristin! We felt very welcome.

Beautiful, super-clean and spacious home, well stocked with everything you need. We loved our two week vacation. It was very relaxing and the pool was an awesome hangout with tons of pool toys. We were a long way from home (UK) but felt right at home. Great location if you like it on the quiet side (we do!). Highly recommend.

Desert Canyon Beautiful House and Views

This was the best VRBO we have ever spent time in. The layout, the cleanliness, the location, the owner's responsiveness was absolutely perfect. I will definitely stay there again next time and each time afterward.

Amazing views

The house was nice but lack dining area inside or out for 6 adults. The inside dining was for 4 and there was no outdoor table. The pool was nice but the hot tub was not working. I chose this house for hot tub and the views. The views and the area did not disappoint. I look for homes that at least have the amenities that I have in my home. It could use some nice wine glasses and bigger coffee cups.

Great Location and View

This is fabulous home in Fountain Hills with a great mountain view of Four Peaks and morning sunrise. The home has a pool, hot tube, and putting green in the backyard for entertainment. There is an upper deck with a nice seating area with a gas firepit. The house is nicely decorated with two bedrooms on the main floor and one mother-in law type suite in the lower level with its own sitting area and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, and pots and pans. The home also overlooks the 10th hole green of the Desert Canyon Golf Course, which is a public course with the club house just up the street. They have a great outdoor seating restaurant.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home was absolutely spotless & is decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed the back yard and the fact it is more open and doesn’t have a brick wall surrounding it. The neighborhood is certainly very beautiful and safe. Kristin also was great to work with!

Peaceful & Private

This was the most peaceful and comfortable home we have stayed at! I honestly never wanted to leave. The kitchen is large and set up for many people to cook together. I love the laundry being on the main floor! The living room couch was so soft and inviting - many naps were had there!! We only used two bedrooms. Both had very nice bedding and comfortable mattresses. We would definitely stay again to enjoy the pool and hot tub! It was a Hunters moon so we were serenaded by coyotes! Something you don’t hear in Chicago!
