It has a garden and a 15m2 terrace where you can enjoy peace and serenity during breakfast and on the griddle after a long day.
The house has two bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine above the garage (note that access to this second bedroom by ladder is not secure for children), You will have a parking space in the residence.
