🏡 The House
Our charming holiday home sits on a sunny south-facing slope, offering breathtaking views of unspoiled nature. During the renovation of this centuries-old stone house, we placed great importance on combining tradition with modern luxury.
The ground floor features an open living area with a spacious lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The large kitchen island with seating invites guests to cook and enjoy meals together.
🌞 Terraces & Garden
Surrounding the house are several terraces:
Enjoy your morning coffee on the east terrace.
Have lunch in the shade of the fig tree.
Spend evenings on the large south terrace with sunbathing and a glass of wine at sunset.
The romantic garden with blooming plants creates a Mediterranean atmosphere.
🛏️ Bedrooms & Comfort
All three bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning valley views. Wooden floors and rustic beams create a warm, cozy atmosphere.
The modern bathrooms with white marble and Italian designer showers impress with their clarity and freshness. Rain, waterfall, and mist settings turn every shower into a wellness experience.
🏊 Completely Private Pool
A true highlight is the large, completely private and not-overlooked pool, offering absolute peace and privacy. Swim, relax, and soak up the sun in total seclusion.
Within just 15 minutes you can walk down an old Roman path to the crystal-clear brook in the valley – a serene spot for refreshment and quiet moments.
