We own a condo in Eden Utah, the most beautiful place in Utah! This condo is a two bedroom that Sleeps 6 comfortably. These condos are perfect for a family vacation! It is Located in a resort style vacation community, this spacious 2 bedroom condos offers a generously equipped kitchen with a new Queen mattress in the master bedroom and two Full mattresses.

Nice little place

It was a nice play to soend the night, but the only AC is 2 window units and they struggle to get it cooled down after the heat of the day. We got there a little after 6:00 and it was hot in the rooms and the AC units were not turned, it took them a while to get down to a comfortable sleeping temp.

Cleanliness problem

The property was advertised correctly yet our displeasure lies in the cleanliness. The downstairs bathroom rugs were filthy, the kitchen sink had dirty rags in it upon arrival, and the previous tenants dirty dishes were still in the dishwasher not cleaned. It would have been an outstanding property except for the cleanliness.

Gave it 4 stars but would probably say 3.5. Cleanliness: The kitchen cabinets needed to be wiped down, there was a sucked on cough drop in the drawer of upstairs vanity. The AC units in the windows struggle to keep up with the summer heat after mid day until the sun goes down. The AC hadn't been on before we arrived so it took a while to cool down after we checked in. I'd suggest updating the shower heads. The master bedroom on the main floor is quite warm in the afternoon and evening. Nice location and pool was updated and right outside the unit. Obviously there are newer more expensive places nearby but I'm guessing that for this price it was as good or better than most the units in this older complex.
