Hello, Welcome to our family Vacation home! Florida has always been one of our favorite vacationing spots. My husband Erik and I have 3 boys and love the town of Englewood and the local beaches so much, that wanted to share our favorite place with the world! We look forward to hosting you and hope you make lasting memories with friends and family in our home away from home. We welcome you to stay so that you can soak up some sun beside our private pool and at some of the greatest beaches in World and most importantly relax in the sunshine state.🌞

Our home is located in a residential neighborhood in Englewood Florida. *Englewood is a quiet community off the beaten path but yet it truly has so much to offer. Whether you enjoy golf, fishing, water sports and much more, you will find it here without all the hustle and bustle of the major tourist destinations in Florida. *Our Home is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils needed to cook or grill your favorite meal. We provide games and a relaxing home like environment so you can feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. *The master bedroom has a queen bed, pack n play and blow up mattress, 55 inch tv, and has sliding glass door that goes out to the Spa and pool. *The second bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed and smart tv. *The third bedroom has a queen bed and smart tv. *Open layout Kitchen, dinning, and living room that opens up to the pool deck and spacious Lanai. *Several bicycles, children's toys, beach wagon, beach chairs & towels are available to use. *We also have shark teeth scoops for sifting through the sand to find fossilized shark teeth at the nearby Manasota and Casperson Beaches. *The beaches near Englewood are world famous for sharks teeth and shell finding. *18 hole Championship golf course that has stadium lighting for night golfing, only 3 miles away! *Whether you are into golfing, fishing, water sports, hanging out at the beach, or just relaxing poolside, our home offers a little of everything for everyone! *Please note that we will accommodate 1 small dog under 20 lbs. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss your pet and additional fee of $185. *Our pool and spa is heated to 86 degrees year round. ***Important to note that our jetted spa shares a heater with the pool so the spa temp is the same as the pool temp and is NOT technically a hot tub. *Also note that our home has 24 hour surveillance cameras on the outside of the home for your safety and ours.

**May 2023** Thorough, deep cleaning of the entire house. Besides our usual high cleaning standards, between every stay, the house will be completely disinfected by our cleaning staff following updated CDC guidelines. Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces in household, common areas (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, handles, desks, toilets, sinks, etc.)
