Modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-story villa with a private, secluded pool; perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from the famous Barbati "Verde Blue" beach with its stunning clear azure waters, restaurants, and lively bars, all within a few minutes' walk.
120 m² villa, several storage cupboards, a spacious 50 m² open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge; large French doors opening onto the pool surrounded by a large garden. High-end indoor and outdoor furniture.
Outside, traditional wooden pergolas cover the terraces, the dining table, and the built-in stone BBQ facing the pool. An outdoor shower with hot water is available at the villa entrance upon arrival from the beach.
In the garden there is also a guest room for a couple equipped with its own bathroom, WC, shower and kitchenette to rent separately, price indicated according to the seasons.

Fab villia

As a family of five, we had an amazing stay at this villa. Spotlessly clean, all mod cons. The pool is lovely and the BBQ great. Only 1 minute walk from the most amazing shingle beach. Restaurants, bakery and shops nearby.Alexander was so helpful and allowed us to check out a few hours later to accommodate our plans. I would highly recommend this villia and I look forward to our next stay.

Misleading property listing!! We booked this villa based on the listing that clearly stated it was a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property that sleeps 6 people. However on arrival, we discovered there were only 3 bedrooms (one of which doesn’t even have a door!) and just 2 bathrooms. The so called 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom were actually in a separate annex, which we were told was not included unless we paid an additional hidden fee of €500. Also only 1 queen bed and 3 single beds were made up, which was not enough for 6 people. We had to request the host make up the additional bed for us. To prevent further disruption to our holiday we made do as didn’t want to pay any more, however once home I emailed the host and he claimed my complaint was ‘not true’, and ‘annoying’ and that I knew I was only booking 3 bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. The only positive is the location as it’s so close to the beach but that does not make up for the inaccurate listing!!

Pour nos vacances entre couple/ami, nous avions choisi sur Abritel cette villa indiquant 4 chambres et 3 sdb. Surprise à l’arrivée: elle ne comporte que 2 chambres fermées et une mini pièce avec un lit simple appelé « chambre » sans porte avec pour mur une armoire bois. Nous avons contacté Abritel et le propriétaire pour comprendre pourquoi le descriptif ne correspondait pas. Ils nous ont d’abord répondu que la 3eme sdb était la douche de dehors donc de la piscine..Après avoir indiqué que cette explication n’était pas digne d’1 réservation à 3000, le proprio a fini par expliquer que la 4e chambre avec sdb était l’annexe dans le jardin et qu’elle était dispo pour 80 de /nuit (nous y étions pour 6 nuits). Cet ajout n’a jamais été précisé sur le site Abritel au moment de notre réservation (à la publication de ce commentaire, l’info a été ajoutée sur ce site).Je vous laisse imaginer la déception de cette réponse impliquant des frais supp.. De plus, le proprio était très condescendant, et manqué d’amabilité. Autres points - : il y a des caméras dans tous le jardin dont 1 qui donne sur la piscine et 1autre sur la « sdb extérieure », le propriétaire est peut être adepte de voyeurisme..Piscine nettoyée mais avec traces vertes.Beau jardin mais non entretenu : herbe pas tondue.En essayant d’être objectif : Belle Villa à 2pas de la plage, si vous êtes 1couple et enfants, la villa est très bien, si vous êtes ou que vous n’êtes que des couples fuyez.PS: souriez vous êtes filmés.
