Modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-story villa with a private, secluded pool; perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from the famous Barbati "Verde Blue" beach with its stunning clear azure waters, restaurants, and lively bars, all within a few minutes' walk.
120 mÂČ villa, several storage cupboards, a spacious 50 mÂČ open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge; large French doors opening onto the pool surrounded by a large garden. High-end indoor and outdoor furniture.
Outside, traditional wooden pergolas cover the terraces, the dining table, and the built-in stone BBQ facing the pool. An outdoor shower with hot water is available at the villa entrance upon arrival from the beach.
In the garden there is also a guest room for a couple equipped with its own bathroom, WC, shower and kitchenette to rent separately, price indicated according to the seasons.

Fab villia

As a family of five, we had an amazing stay at this villa. Spotlessly clean, all mod cons. The pool is lovely and the BBQ great. Only 1 minute walk from the most amazing shingle beach. Restaurants, bakery and shops nearby.Alexander was so helpful and allowed us to check out a few hours later to accommodate our plans. I would highly recommend this villia and I look forward to our next stay.

Misleading property listing!! We booked this villa based on the listing that clearly stated it was a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property that sleeps 6 people. However on arrival, we discovered there were only 3 bedrooms (one of which doesn’t even have a door!) and just 2 bathrooms. The so called 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom were actually in a separate annex, which we were told was not included unless we paid an additional hidden fee of €500. Also only 1 queen bed and 3 single beds were made up, which was not enough for 6 people. We had to request the host make up the additional bed for us. To prevent further disruption to our holiday we made do as didn’t want to pay any more, however once home I emailed the host and he claimed my complaint was ‘not true’, and ‘annoying’ and that I knew I was only booking 3 bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. The only positive is the location as it’s so close to the beach but that does not make up for the inaccurate listing!!

Pour nos vacances entre couple/ami, nous avions choisi sur Abritel cette villa indiquant 4 chambres et 3 sdb. Surprise Ă  l’arrivĂ©e: elle ne comporte que 2 chambres fermĂ©es et une mini piĂšce avec un lit simple appelĂ© « chambre » sans porte avec pour mur une armoire bois. Nous avons contactĂ© Abritel et le propriĂ©taire pour comprendre pourquoi le descriptif ne correspondait pas. Ils nous ont d’abord rĂ©pondu que la 3eme sdb Ă©tait la douche de dehors donc de la piscine..AprĂšs avoir indiquĂ© que cette explication n’était pas digne d’1 rĂ©servation Ă  3000, le proprio a fini par expliquer que la 4e chambre avec sdb Ă©tait l’annexe dans le jardin et qu’elle Ă©tait dispo pour 80 de /nuit (nous y Ă©tions pour 6 nuits). Cet ajout n’a jamais Ă©tĂ© prĂ©cisĂ© sur le site Abritel au moment de notre rĂ©servation (Ă  la publication de ce commentaire, l’info a Ă©tĂ© ajoutĂ©e sur ce site).Je vous laisse imaginer la dĂ©ception de cette rĂ©ponse impliquant des frais supp.. De plus, le proprio Ă©tait trĂšs condescendant, et manquĂ© d’amabilitĂ©. Autres points - : il y a des camĂ©ras dans tous le jardin dont 1 qui donne sur la piscine et 1autre sur la « sdb extĂ©rieure », le propriĂ©taire est peut ĂȘtre adepte de voyeurisme..Piscine nettoyĂ©e mais avec traces vertes.Beau jardin mais non entretenu : herbe pas tondue.En essayant d’ĂȘtre objectif : Belle Villa Ă  2pas de la plage, si vous ĂȘtes 1couple et enfants, la villa est trĂšs bien, si vous ĂȘtes ou que vous n’ĂȘtes que des couples fuyez.PS: souriez vous ĂȘtes filmĂ©s.
