WE ARE SUPERHOSTS THIS IS OUR NEW HOUSE (owner is a stylist & designer)!! DO NOT MISS the opportunity to rent our entire Montauk oasis! Ideally located on Kettle Hole Rd you are easy access to everything that Montauk has to offer. Natural light soaks the house all day and you can see sunsets from the formal living room and roof deck. There is a massive lounge room downstairs (like a second living room/den) that can function as a 5th bedroom(has a closing door & full privacy). All bedrooms have ultra comfortable beds (3 king sized bedrooms and 1bedroom with two queen/double sized beds). The beautiful refreshing in-ground pool is seasonal but hot tub will be running year round. Like sports? We have half-court basketball & tennis courts.
The location is unbeatable with the Northshore beach just a 7 minute walk. Pick a picnic and go down for the sunset. LIRR Railroad station is just a 10 minutes walk. If you have to go into NYC there is the express train and you can manage everything without a car. Duryea's Lobster Deck 10 minutes walk. Grab some rose and their famous Lobster salad! Literally everything at Duryea's is mouthwatering amazing and it is the place to be. Surfs up! Ditch Plains beach is just 2.5 miles (15 mins bike ride) where the waves are crescent fresh and the beach bodies are chiseled. Walk to a concert or a night out at the Surf Club and taxi back for less than the price of a cocktail. Montauket also has live music and is 12 mins walk. There is too much to list so come explore for yourself.

Great location + pool

Overall, the house was great for the price, pool, and location! Some of the outdoor chairs need to be replaced and the microwave didnt work, but otherwise it was so awesome! Owner was super nice and very accommodating! Would rent again for a friend trip

Lanette tried to cancel last minute and was not due a refund per the VRBO policies. While she did not check in she went so far as to visit out home to remove our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and report us to the fire department as a dangerous home. Our entrances are video monitored and we had footage of her entering the property without luggage and returning to her car with our detectors and 9V batteries. Our family lives in our home when it is not occupied and we have 4yo and 8yo children. Our home is exactly as represented in the listing. She put both our follow up renters and our family at risk by tampering with detectors. Luckily we were in town and available to stop by and replace them once we noted her irregular check-in. You can find our home with countless positive reviews on other platforms (the majority of our guests come through the “Air” site or direct). We have been Superhosts & hosting since 2012. We always try to creat the best memorable experiences for our guests and we are always improving the property.

Montauk is the perfect beach community to have a relaxing vacation within NY and this is the best property we found in searching across a year and a half. The location is amazing and the house has such a perfect layout.

What makes this property unique

We have 2 fantastic living spaces. The upstairs living room is more formal and adjacent to the kitchen. The downstairs living room is massive with windows on 3 sides and it has a slider door to the yard for easy access to the pool.
