Votre agence doit revoir ses procédures d’accueil - aucun contrôle effectué entre les locataires. Locaux sales , voir crasseux pour la douche, plancha, robot de cuisine…. Aucun état des lieux réalisé au départ ( départ autonome) Prestation agences non effectuées, à part l’encaissement de la location et des frais d’agence !
