Ma Maison à La Mer, Fouesnant, Brittany
Stay in a luxury villa (labeled GITE DE FRANCE 4 EPIS and 4 ETOILES) in the heart of the Riviera Bretonne to discover or rediscover its beautiful coast, its beaches, fine sand, natural landscapes, without forgetting its folklore and its villages of character.
Depending on the season, and subject to availability, it is possible to book short stays. The price varies depending on the length of stay and the time of year.
Comfortable house located in Fouesnant, between Concarneau and Bénodet, close to beautiful beaches (Mousterlin, Beg-Meil, Cape-Coz, Bot-Conan) and all water activities and many hiking or biking along coastal paths or in the hinterland (many bike paths on the town).
You stay quiet in a wooded property 700 meters from the heart of the village and all shops.
You will embark on the paradisiacal islands of Glénan or on the Odet, one of the most beautiful rivers of France.
At Port La Forêt, the third marina in Brittany, you may have the chance to meet the great navigators, such as François GABARD or Armel LE CLEACH
You will participate in the many traditional festivities of Brittany, concerts and markets.
Bénodet with its thalasso and casino is 7 km away.
In autumn and winter you will enjoy the comfort of the house facing south, around the pellet stove.
Pretty villa of standing, with a nice sported garden of 1500m ². On the ground floor, a contemporary kitchen fully equipped with large central island, open on a living room with pellet stove, office area and bright living room of great comfort, a room with 1 bed 2 people (160x200), a bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, laundry. On the floor, a room with 2lits twin 2 people (90x200), a room 1lit 2 people (160x200), a bathroom with toilet. A large garden with barbecue, a wooden terrace with garden furniture and a covered shelter for your bikes, fishing equipment, beach, ... private parking

Agréable semaine en famille
Séjour d’une semaine très agréable à Ma Maison à la Mer en ce mois de mars. Logement récent, propre, pratique, à qq min en voiture de la plage. Grand jardin arboré, avec balançoire pour enfant, terrasse et barbecue exposés sud. Aucun vis à vis, calme et reposant. Cuisine et buanderie tout équipée. Mobiliers pour bébé dispos sur demande.
Seul bémol non conforme à l’annonce mais proprio informé: signal wifi très très faible dans le salon + pas d’accès netflix sur la tv qui ne trouvait pas le signal wifi.

Je vous remercie d'avoir pris un moment pour apprécier Ma Maison à la Mer. La maison vous a plu et nous en sommes très heureux.
En ce qui concerne la connexion wifi trop faible dans le salon, dès votre départ, nous avons ajouté un répétiteur. Nous avons ensuite fait des tests. La connexion est bonne maintenant. La maison est donc adaptée au télétravail.
Nous vous recevrons avec plaisir si vous revenez au cœur de la Riviera Bretonne.

Maison très bien agencé au style moderne. Les différentes photos sont bien réelles. Je recommande à mes amis cette location si ils veulent séjourner dans cette région.
A louer sans hésitation, les yeux fermés.

Un très agréable séjour à Fouesnant avec nos petits enfants dans une maison de grande qualité
Un grand merci à la maman de Grégory pour son accueil très chaleureux.
La maison est très bien équipée et agencée.
Les chambres sont très confortables avec les lits faits à l'arrivée, les literies sont impeccables.
Un très beau jardin arboré avec terrasse et balançoire.
A proximité de nombreuses belles plages
Tout est parfait !!!
