maison très agréable et très bien située

maison fraîche agréable l’été, très jolie et propre, matériel de qualité, très bonne literie. Très calme et très bien placé en centre ville ( pour séjour été ) à 2mns de toutes les commodites et parking public gratuit . Le + : petit jardin et barbecue. Propriétaire et gestionnaire du lieu très sympas et arrangeantes ! on reviendra avec plaisir

Casa recomendable

Positivo: Comunicación con propietaria y vrbo sin incidencias. La casa está ubicada excelentemente para acceder a pistas, pasear por el pueblo, así como para el centro de spa. Habitaciones y calefacción bien. Utensilios y accesorios buenos. Planta superior baño + 3 habitaciones bien aisladas y tranquilas. Negativo: La persona que se encargaba de la entrega y devolución de llaves así como incidencias, de nombre Laurie, muy maleducada y con mucha prisa en las gestiones presenciales. Así se lo transmitimos a la propietaria de la casa y a vrbo. Tuvimos problemas con la luz (salto de diferenciales continuamente). Laurie, poco atenta, empática y irrespetuosa. A la llegada, casi no nos dió explicaciones de la casa (su mayor preocupación fueron los porticones de las ventanas, e irse rápido). A la salida, nos dijo que eramos unos guarros como todos los catalanes porque no habíamos plegado la cuna (cosa que entendemos que se debería de limpiar como el resto de camas, habitaciones y demás salas de la casa) y porque estaba acabando el lavavajillas sólo con el menaje del desayuno de ese día. Nos refirió que en Cataluña se debía estilar esta manera de hacer y que debía ser cultural. No nos dejó hablar y ni nos miró a la cara. También iba con prisas a la salida, y nos despreció, cuando la casa quedó en buen estado, sin estar sucia, y le debió molestar el que debiera de hacer la limpieza de la misma, a pasar de pagar nosotros 80 euros adicionales por este servicio.

Bonita casa en el casco antiguo, donde hay comercios, restaurantes y las pistas de esqui. Todo muy facil.

Maison de village très bien placée

Location très bien située au centre de la station. Confortable seul bémol, mal exposée donc assez sombre. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire.
