The house has one bedroom, one bathroom and kitchen upstairs and a bedroom downstairs. There are comfortable queen size beds upstairs and downstairs. It is 15 miles from Round Top and 10 miles from Brenham,Tx. There are lots of huge oak trees on this beautiful 97 acre farm where cows will eat out of your hand. We serve a delicious fresh, hot breakfast with coffee, juice, milk and fresh fruit. The house is equipped with WiFi, TV/DVD and EV friendly car charging . Laundry equipment available upon request.

Wonderful place!

Easiest "check-in" process ever. Lovely home and beautiful property. We were in town for the festivities in nearby Warrenton/Round Top. Home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The homemade gluten-free breakfast each day was a nice touch! Thank you, Sharon and Cheezy for the hospitality! We would absolutely stay here again! Lisa & Angela

Great spot in the country!!

Sharon was a great hostess! The cabin was very clean, breakfast was delicious & the personalized towel was an extra special touch. I have a lot of dietary restrictions & Sharon accommodated my allergy list with an absolutely delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I are retired and just started the bed and breakfast venture last March (2021). We have a cow/calf operation here and enjoy meeting new people.

Why they chose this property

The house is located on 97 acres of beautiful country land with huge oak trees, ponds, and cows. We are located just 15 miles from Round Top and 10 miles from downtown Brenham, Tx. It is quiet and peaceful here and a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

What makes this property unique

We serve a delicious home cooked breakfast that our guests love. We inquire about all of our guests food allergies, food restrictions of special diets and search our recipe books for a breakfast that is appetizing and filling. The guests let us know the best time and we deliver it to the door.
