Last minute 3 night minimum (7 night maximum) getaway to the Estates at Kings Creek (Plantation) by Spinnaker Resorts. Book your trip now for travel in the next 30 days and save!
This premium two bedroom unit features a full living room complete with sofa, chairs. There is also a dining room table, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a half bath downstairs. Upstairs features a King bedroom complete with a roomy step in shower and a separate jacuzzi tub. Down the hall is bedroom #2 which features a Queen bed and a full bath.
Relax, refresh and recharge! Great for couples, a guys golf trip, a girls weekend getaway, or bring the children. There is plenty of room for everybody to spread out and enjoy!
Parking is free and just steps from your door making loading and unloading a breeze. :)
Local shopping, fantastic restaurants, Busch Gardens, and discount golf only minutes away.

Resort policy: Reservation/bookings must be made at least four days prior to check in.

Loved every minute of this trip. Conveniently located to the parks and so much to do in the area. The house was beautiful perfect, all our needs were met. Will stay again next time we are in the area.

Perfect Home Base

Easy parking, comfy beds, great amenities (kids loved the pool!), clean and spacious. Kitchen has most things we needed for a quick non-complicated dinner. Location is excellent for exploring Williamsburg.

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was so much for the kids to do including the playground, mini golf, and nearby playgrounds. There was plenty of space in the cottage and it was well equipped.

Great location

Very responsive listers Great location close to Busch Gardens park. There’s a target & Starbucks close. The property was very clean. Lots of amenities: pools, games, playgrounds, BBQs. Property was clean inside and stocked with all the basics. Pools were cold, even indoors as they’re not heated. My youngest gave up on the outdoor pool, went twice to indoors pool. Most adults would not go in, so cold. This is not the listers fault, as this is a timeshare property. Same with the beds it’s out of their control but the beds were terrible. Rock hard. Really hard to sleep full night. Kept waking up in immense pain. The sheets felt like melted plastic as well. So the property needs to upgrade the beds. Again, not the listers fault. Perhaps because we were in different units in the Townes in the back verses the main listing as it was full.

Easy, enjoyable getaway - great host

The property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The kids loved the jacuzzi tub. We enjoyed the playground, mini golf, and indoor pool. It must be great in the warmer months when the outdoor pools are open. Covid protocols are in place. The host, Allan, is super helpful and responsive. We loved working with him, and you will, too.

Wonderful Williamsburg Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property! It felt like a home away from home. It was clean and spacious, and truly met all of our needs. We had a full kitchen and a large dining room table which allowed us to cook or order in and eat in a beautiful space. We found the property and the surrounding areas took appropriate COVID precautions, and we felt very safe. The location of this property was fantastic, and the amenities were great (playground, indoor pool that took reservations). We enjoyed learning about history at our pace while having lots of modern conveniences within short driving distances nearby! The owners were wonderful and answered all of our questions - they truly went above and beyond to make our vacation a success for our family! I would highly recommend renting a VRBO from them!!
