Dès que l on ouvre la porte, on est pris par l odeur forte de l appartement. On nous avait prévenu que l appartement était en travaux. Mais où sont-ils? On a eu l impression que tout était de la récupération. Rien ne fonctionne : le robinet de la cuisine n est pas fixé, l eau chaude ne fonctionne pas dans la cuisine, la lumière de la salle de bain n arrête pas de s éteindre, la porte du freezer du frigo ( qui n est pas de première jeunesse) ne se ferme pas, il est rempli de givre; le vidéo projecteur a une grosse tache masquant une partie de l image; la chasse d eau fonctionne mal ( on rajoute des odeurs d égouts), la peinture déborde sur les plafonds, le mobilier n est pas de première jeunesse, on se demande si les normes électriques sont respectées et j en passe …Je n ai jamais mis d avis négatifs sur une location, mais nous avons dû partir un maximum. On partait le matin pour ne rentrer que le soir tellement cette odeur est prenante. Heureusement nous sommes restés que deux nuits.

Gut gedacht, schlecht gemacht

Leider können wir das Haus nicht gut bewerten Der Kontakt mit dem Anbieter war gut aber das Haus selbst war wirklich nicht unseres. In den Schränken war fettiger Schmutz - war also schon älter, es roch sehr muffig, Nachts sind die Schrankbretter raus gefallen, die Dusche war schmutzig, das Badlicht kaputt, es hing noch ein getragener Schlafanzug von den Vormietern da, die Kühlschranktür war kaputt usw. Aber das WLAN war gut. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist.

Maison Roz sur Couesnon

Odeur et hygiène déplorable logement vétuste ce n’est pas quelques petit travaux comme indiqué sur l’annonce . Les vidéo projecteurs ne servent à rien . Ne surtout pas louer à fuir en courant

Petit week-end visite

Petite maison en travaux certe mais nous y sommes rester pour dormir se laver et manger. Placer au milieu de saint malo, cancale, le mont st Michel, granville il y a pleins de merveilleuses vistes.
