Upgraded condo with a private bedroom & 2 private balconies. The views of the ocean, city & sunrise are amazing from the 9th floor & can be enjoyed right from the bed.
New flooring just installed. 2 king size beds, 55 inch 4K smart tv in the living room & a 50 inch smart Tv in the bedroom. Watch a movie from the king size beds while looking at the ocean.
Many amenities such as 3 pools which are usually heated, 1 indoor heated pool, 2 jacuzzi hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, pool bar, restaurant & more.
Free parking & free wifi. Beach front location with the pools right in front of the beach.
Mini golf, restaurants, shops & more are all in walking distance.....
You can park & never have to drive again until you leave. True 1 bedroom private bedroom & 2 separate private balconies. Much better than a hotel or motel room.
Amazing one of a kind condo. Amenities are closed with indoor pool & outdoor pool opening up around 12/1/25 so rates were reduced by $50 to $75 a night so great time to take advantage of this beautiful beach condo.
