This magnificent stone building features a large indoor pool heated year-round, and you’ll be amazed by the warm hospitality offered at this accommodation.<br> An ideal place to relax in peace with family or friends, the property can accommodate up to 15 people.<br> The Gîte de la Foivre is located right in the heart of the Crêtes Préardennaises. Situated on the border between Champagne and the Ardennes Mountains, this region is rich in rural landscapes. You’ll be close to both the Meuse Valley and the Champagne vineyards.<br><br> General Description<br><br>The farmhouse has been completely renovated to accommodate 15 people, while retaining the charm of its stone construction. And what a delight to find a beautiful, large indoor pool in such a charming home!<br>The holiday rental consists of a very large main house and an outbuilding (opening onto the terrace). This ample space has made it possible to create<br>• A dining room and a large living room equipped with a hi-fi system<br>• A fully equipped kitchen<br>• A heated indoor pool measuring 9 m x 3.5 m.<br>• Six bedrooms, including two (each with a 180x200 bed, shower, and toilet) in the annex overlooking the terrace.<br>• Four shower rooms, one bathroom, and six toilets.<br>• A large 50 m² terrace and a 200 m² garden.<br><br>• The combined living and dining area has a total surface area of 70 m².<br>• The kitchen is located at the entrance to the main house. Measuring 23 m², it is fully equipped with two refrigerators (one of which is a fridge-freezer combination), an oven, an induction cooktop, a microwave, and more.<br>• A snack bar with stools adds a cosy, inviting atmosphere to this central room in the house.<br>• The pool measures 9 m x 3.5 m and is heated year-round to 28°C. With a minimum depth of 1.4 m, it is perfect for swimming. The pool is secured.<br>• It is located in a large 80 m² room.<br><br>• 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), on the ground floor, with a shower and toilet.<br>• 3 bedrooms with two double beds (180 x 200), including 2 bedrooms in the outbuilding, each with a shower and toilet.<br>• 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 200) <br>• 1 bedroom with one double bed (160 x 200) and two bunk beds (90 x 190)<br>All 180 x 200 beds can be separated upon request to form two 90 x 200 beds, with one bathroom and toilet shared by the two bedrooms.<br>• A laundry area is adjacent to this bathroom, equipped with a washing machine and dryer.<br>• 1 separate wheelchair-accessible bathroom.<br>• A large terrace with tables and chairs.
