In 2026, the owners celebrated 20 years of membership with Gîtes de France and welcomed guests to this gîte, which is laid out as follows: - On the ground floor: a veranda with a dining and living area, a kitchen with a lounge area, and a toilet. - On the first floor: a bedroom (one queen-size bed), with an en-suite shower room and toilet. Outside: a 60m² enclosed courtyard with a 30m² terrace. Located near gîte 56G16992 with shared parking (one car per gîte) and the owner's house. A public electric vehicle charging station is located 100m from the gîtes. The small sea of Gâvres, one of the most beautiful sites on the Breton coast, with its sand dunes suitable for swimming is very close. 5 minutes away, discover the Ria d'Etel, a real small inland sea, with its wild beaches, marshes and lagoons. In the heart of a small Breton town, come and stay in this holiday home 20 km from Lorient. You can walk to the shops and are only 3 km from the beaches.
