It consists of:

- a living room with TV and sofa bed of 140 cm,
- a fitted and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, 4-burner electric hob, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster),
- a sea view room with a 140cm bed,
- a bedroom with a pull-out bed 80cm,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- Separate toilet.

North/East sea view balcony with garden furniture and a second south/west facing balcony. Sleeps with duvets or blankets.
Free parking in front of the residence.

Electric and water usage in extra charge (50€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of september 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 130€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
