Jolie villa vue sur mer dans un quartier privé très calme et chaleureux à 50m de la plage. À 300 de la thalasso thalasur de Cabourg .Spa . La promenade Marcel Proust jouxte la maison permet d’aller au centre-ville de Cabourg très facilement.
Une grande terrasse de 50m2 vue sur mer, équipé d’un barbecue, table , chaises, des transats à disposition.
Une petite maison pour les enfants. Des jouets
Un grand séjour, accueillant un canapé lit très confortable. Une cheminée.
