This charming 81 m² air-conditioned apartment in Aregno can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it features an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace and a balcony. We're waiting for you!

The east/west-facing apartment is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190).
- Two bathrooms with shower.
- Separate WC.

Exterior:
- East-facing balcony.
- An east-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather.

For added comfort: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the village of Aregno, in a very pleasant environment just 10 minutes by car from the beach. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- 10 minutes from the sea (by car), to enjoy the beaches and various water sports.
- Hiking, mountain biking, water sports and museums nearby.
- The village of Pigna with its "route des artisans".
- Close to the village of Sant-Antonino, one of Corsica's most beautiful villages with stunning panoramic views.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner. Double bed pack (towels + sheets): €30; small bed pack (towels + sheets): €20.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation, except by special request which the owners will consider.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
