Prachtige locatie, wel aandachtspunten

Prachtig uitzicht, toplocatie aan het strand, in het centrum, hond welkom. Aandachtspunten: etensresten vorige bewoners, geen prullenbak, geen keukendoeken ook niet na herhaald contact met eigenaresse die ons wel dwong daarvoor te betalen (buiten VRBO om!), kapotte verlichting, lekkende kranen, verstopte afvoer, schimmel in badkamer, ventilatie kapot, deurklinken kapot, vieze vlekken op stoelen en bank en vies beddengoed, toegang berging te krap voor fiets, verhuurder reageert niet op berichten (terwijl ze wel online is), vies serviesgoed in de kast. Heel jammer maar ondanks dat was het fijn. Hopelijk volgt een spoedige renovatie.

Tolle Lage, kein Wi-Fi, kein TV

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und hochwertig eingerichtet, wenn auch ein bisschen abgenutzt. Der Blick aufs Meer ist unübertroffen. Die Anzeige ist eher ungenau (nur wenige Fotos, kaum Beschreibung). Daher war uns nicht ganz klar, was wir erwarten sollten, deshalb hier ein paar Tipps. Parken kann man legal kurzzeitig vor der Tür, um auszuladen, danach sucht man sich am besten einen Parkplatz in der benachbarten grünen Zone, das ist am günstigsten. Es gehört kein Parkplatz zur Wohnung selbst. Es gibt keine Wi-Fi in der Wohnung, deshalb sollte man Vorher prüfen, ob das eigene mobile Datenvolumen in Belgien nutzbar und ausreichend ist. Es gibt einen Fernseher, jedoch ohne Antenne, daher empfehle ich, jedem ein HDMI Kabel beziehungsweise Adapter mitzubringen und Inhalte bei Bedarf aus dem eigenen Laptop oder Handy zu nutzen. Es gibt eine Kapselmaschine für Kaffee, Im Schlafzimmer steht eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich gut ausgestattet, es finden sich jedoch nicht alle Gegenstände, wo man sie vermutet, man muss eventuell ein bisschen suchen. Wir konnten Bettwäsche beziehungsweise Handtücher vom Vermieter mieten und die Betten waren bereits bezogen. Bei der Abreise mussten wir lediglich den Müll in den Keller bringen (am besten gleich trennen, sonst muss man im Nachhinein sortieren. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat häufig umgehend geantwortet (sowohl vor der Reise als auch während der Reisereise).

Aangenaam verblijf op de zeedijk

Het appartement op de zeedijk (3e verdieping) is mooi ingericht voor het verblijf met 2 volwassenen, 2 kinderen en een huisdier. Frontaal zeezicht vooraan, een terrasbalkon achteraan, een fietsenstalling op -1. Enige minpunten tijdens ons verblijf: er was geen elektriciteit/verlichting in de badkamer en de TV werkte niet. Enkele opfrissingswerken zijn dus nodig in dus zeer aangenaam appartement.

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft nicht sauber (es lagen schmutzige Badetücher auf dem Balkon, sowie Zigarettenstummel in den Blumentöpfen) die Terassentür zum Meer klemmte und konnte nur mit großer Vorsicht (weil der Griff locker war) und etwas Kraft geöffnet werden. Im Zimmer hinter dem Bad Schimmel, der bis ins Schlafzimmer 'wanderte' und keine Reaktion darauf von der Vermieterin. Auch bis jetzt keine Einsicht seitens der Vermieterin.

Schöne, kleine Wohnung in direkter Strandlage in Knokke. Vier Betten vorhanden (ein Hochbett und ein Doppelbett). Aus dem Wohnzimmer super Blick auf das Meer. Fünf Minuten zur Einkaufsstraße und zu den Strandbars. Problemlose und jederzeit schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.
