Water water everywhere

Very nice weather in park city. Master bedroom floor flooded at check in nothing like soggy socks. No one could get there till morning, Vacumed up as much water but floor wet the whole time by the last night still wet 3:30am woke up to water pouring down on me in bed through the can light above me. Huge puddle on my floor as I stepped out of bed. Carpet starting to smell. Water from the above hot tub rained down on us in our hot tub. Got a specail parking pass for our 3rd car in our group, displayed it in the window. Got sighted anyway. They promised to take care of it. Hope so:(
