Great location within the White Sands complex--front building, top floor. Partial ocean view. Steps away from Magic Sands Beach, close to the best snorkeling in the area, and convenient to downtown Kona and area attractions.

White Sands complex has all you need with swimming pool, BBQ area, even tennis courts. This unit is not your typical vacation rental and has upgraded furniture and appliances and is tastefully decorated. You are on vacation and deserve comfort.

The location is fabulous, the unit is comfortable, host was responsive. Would have been a 5-star experience if there weren’t the minor annoyances with broken items in the unit (coffee maker, dryer, beach items, etc). I’d rate this an 4.8 and a little upgrading of those little things would go a long way. The unit was otherwise well-equipped, clean, close to town, and being right there at the beach was amazing! Soaked in the hot tub every evening, snorkeled at the beach, and we were visited by a flock of parrots every morning. Overall an enjoyable stay and a great find.

Kona Stay 2025

This place was amazing! The views and location were everything we could have wanted and more…..we visited with our kids, ages 2,4 and 11 and it was fantastic. We would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

White Sands Village is an incredibly well run condo complex. Beach across the street makes it even better. #310 was super clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great upscale condo and terrific location

Beautiful and comfortable condo where everything was supplied. Right across the street from a gorgeous boogie boarding beach. Close to Kailua-Kona and Captain Cook. I'd highly recommend it for 4-6 people.

Alaskan Family Spring Break

Awesome 2 bed 2 bath LARGE condo with double door lanai and great ocean view. Lovely common use areas, pool, hot tubs. Very pleasant and easy to communicate with rental owner. Two king beds were awesome for our family of 4. Perfectly stocked in the condo. It was great and we want to come back.

Great Location

Our stay was very comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed to have a fantastic time. Being able to walk across the street to a beach that was fun to play on is a big bonus. It's not the most modern or fancy place to stay, but we thought it was wonderful for the cost per night. We had one issue during our stay, but it was resolved super-fast. The owner was quick to respond even though it was late when we called. You'll enjoy your stay if you're not picky people.

The cute condo on the third level was amazing! It fit our family of 6 perfectly. The owners provided everything you need for your Hawaiian vacation. From all kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, and all your beach necessities.Everything is there for you. You have a very popular beautiful beach walking distance from the condo. Which is a awesome because you didn't have to look for parking. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for sharing your home to us. We can't wait to come back!

Great condo for family reunion.

We stayed in this condo with our daughter, son-in-law and their 15 month old baby. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. The balcony was really nice and had great furniture and view. The shower in the main bedroom’s bath is tricky. There is a little lever on the shower head and the water doesn’t work if you don’t know about it. Bedroom tv was difficult, couldn’t make it change channels. But overall we had a great stay. The complex was great for spending time with other family members who were rending other condos in WSV at the same time. We had a big BBQ by the pool, the kids swam 2-3 times a day and the young people loved playing tennis. We also loved having meals at the Magics restaurant across the street.

There was black mold on the ceiling! Then the owner took ALL the furniture off the lanai! We had to go buy chairs to sit on outside on the lanai! I’ve rented at this complex before but, this place was a mess! Don’t use this rental!

Great Property

We stayed during the middle of October. Over all the condo is wonderful. It is in a pretty good location. NOT walking distance to Kona but a short drive. Clean, and had just about everything we needed for our stay. I did however have to go buy trash bags and toilet paper as there were no extras. I am not very experienced at staying in a rented condo so this might just be the way it is?? Also we happened to be there when they were re-furbishing the rockwork around the pool. We had a generator and jack hammer going 8 hours a day for the entire time we were there so it was not very pleasing to use the pool or even go out on the lani. That was the biggest bummer. We were looking forward to some piece and quiet but that only happened when the workers went home in the evening. The beach across the road is one of the best beaches around and we enjoyed it until they closed it for maintenance. We just couldn't catch a break. I would stay there again however, it was a beautiful condo. I would just ask if there was any maintenance going on at the time.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo, has everything you need, 6 pairs of beach chairs, different sizes of coolers, Massage Chair, far enough from swimming pool to not hear kids having fun. Will be back next year.

This is a great place for families with children. It is not luxurious, but it is nice and comfortable. The place is nicely furnished. The location at Magic Sands Beach is good. The community pool, jacuzzi, pool table, sauna, and outdoor dining areas are very nice for the whole family.

This property was the gem of our stay while we visited Hawaii. The house was wonderfully clean, beds were the BEST, and even better, air conditioning so after a long hot day we could cool off. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know.
