The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There is also a third shower room and WC on the ground floor. And each bedroom has an old-fashioned washbasin!
The large bathrooms each have a bath, shower and WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, 4 ceramic hobs, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Senseo and filter coffee makers... It connects to the dining room with its wood-burning stove.
Further on, the vast lounge with its wood-burning stove promises to be a great place for socialising.
The two ground-floor bedrooms have a 160 x 200 cm bed in one and 2 90 x 200 cm beds in the other. A small desk in the room next to the second bedroom is ideal for undisturbed teleworking.
Upstairs is a small TV lounge on the landing (TV, books, radio, CD player, CD's, WIFI, etc.).
The bathroom leads to the 2 bedrooms on either side (one with a 160 x 200 cm bed, the other with a 180 x 200 cm bed). An additional single bed in each of the 2 bedrooms can accommodate an extra person (child), as well as a cot, a changing table and a small bath.
The garden has garden furniture and a barbecue.
There is private parking for 4 cars at the side of the house.
Luneray, 2.5 km from the house, has all shops and a great Sunday morning market.
