The land around the house is open, with no apparent limit.
The pasture at the end of the garden is used by farmers and breeders on the farm next door.
The house is composed, on the ground floor, of a large living room/dining room/kitchen opening onto a large terrace, a shower room and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, a tv and internet (wifi). In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, an oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, toaster, a Senseo pod coffee maker.
Upstairs, 5 bedrooms (2 beds 160 x 200 cm, 2 bunk beds and 2 beds 90 x 190 cm) share a bathroom and a separate toilet.
There is a cot and a high chair.
Access to Vasterival beach is on foot, with a nice 20 to 30 minutes walk through the village and woods.
