Lovely apartment, very lovely host and great town.

We stayed at the apartment to go to the Garden Festival in neighbouring Tisno and couldn''t fault it. The view from the balcony was lovely, the kitchen was modern and well equipped and the air-con was amazing when you wanted to have a break from the Croatian heat. Rosa was a great hostess, we''ve had some experiences in the past in Croatia with hosts who are a bit overbearing, whereas Rosa was friendly, polite and whilst just a phone call away never made us feel imposed upon. Would definitely stay here again and such a good price for complete luxury! 10/10

Très beau séjour.

Nous avons été très bien reçu. L'appartement est très grand et spacieux avec tout le confort. Climatisation dans toutes les chambres et dans le séjour/salon. 2 salles de bains ce qui est très appréciable lorsque l'on est 5. Très bonne literie. Un jolie balcon nous offre une vue magnifique sur le bras de mer. Pirovac est l'emplacement idéal pour visiter la Croatie. Il manquerait peut-être juste un micro-ondes. Le village est à 5 minutes à pieds avec une boulangerie pâtisserie avec de délicieux pains et pâtisserie (pekara pirovac) avec des restaurants et glaciers et un marché tous les soirs. très beau séjour du 15 au 29 juillet 2023.

Apartament Rosanda bardzo czysty, przestronny, dobrze położony, świetny widok, każde pomieszczenie klimatyzowane. Gospodyni przemiła , spędziliśmy tam na prawdę super wakacje! Mejscowość nie duża ale wszystko zorganizowane świetnie zwłaszcza dla rodzin z dziećmi! Gorąco polecam, na pewno tam wrócimy!!!

Pirovac, for our family, was a central location and better suited for a restful holiday rather than the nearby Vodice which was too noisy of a night. - would have preferred better quality cooking utensils

Tolles Objekt und sehr nette Vermieter!

Wir waren zu sechst, so dass wir das größte Appartement gebucht hatten. Es besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Duschbädern, einem riesigen Wohn- und Esszimmer mit offener Küche sowie einem riesigen Balkon mit Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich, ja fast vollständig! Alle Wohn- und Schlafbereiche sind individuell klimatisiert. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über Doppelbetten, je zwei Nachttische und einen mittelgroßen Kleiderschrank. Die Betten sind kroatientypisch bezogen, d. h. das Zudecken erfolgt aufgrund der Sommerhitze nur mit riesigen Laken. Wem das nicht reicht, findet zusätzlich pro Schlafzimmer jeweils eine Decke. Pro Gast gibt es ein Handtuch (auf Anfrage erhielten wir problemlos mehr). Ein House-Keeping-Service ist nicht vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Flachbild-TV-Gerät mit kroatischen Digitalsendern und zusätzlichem SAT-Receiver mit hauptsächlich deutschen SAT-TV-Sendern (Astra19,2 Grad Ost). Kostenloser WLAN-Zugang mit DSL-Geschwindigkeit ist ebenfalls vorhanden, jedoch ist der Empfang in den vom Wohnzimmer entferntesten Räumen schlecht. Ein Festnetztelefon ist nicht vorhanden (warum auch im Zeitalter der Mobiltelefonie). Die Küche verfügt über Ceran-Herd, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Spülmaschine, Dunstabzugshaube, Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher sowie sämtliche und absolut vollständige Küchenutensilien (Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser, Tassen usw.). Wermutstropfen: nur ein Küchentuch und kein(!) Mikrowellengerät. Salz, Pfeffer, Olivenöl und Essig waren jedoch vorhanden. Eins der beiden Duschbäder verfügt über eine Waschmaschine (Toplader). Die Böden sind alle gefliest oder mit Laminat ausgelegt. Der Balkon erstreckt sich in einem Stück über die gesamte Länge der Meerseite des Gebäudes, so dass der Zutritt sowohl aus dem Wohnzimmer als auch über zwei der drei Schlafzimmer erfolgt. Ein runder Plastiktisch sowie sechs Plastikstühle befinden sich auf dem Balkon. Ein Sonnenschirm ist nicht(!) vorhanden, was die Nutzung des Balkons aufgrund der ganztägigen Sonneneinstrahlung durchaus einschränkt! Desweiteren verfügt das Appartement über einen Flügeltrockenständer sowie Kehrzeug, Eimer und Wischmop. Zwei Schlüsselbunde mit sämtlichen Schlüsseln für das Appartement sowie Gartentore und -türen werden übergeben. Auf dem begrünten und gepflastertem Grundstück befinden sich sechs PKW-Parkbuchten sowie ein Beton-Grill. Das ganze Objekt ist sehr gepflegt. Die äußerst netten Eigentümer leben auf einem gegenüberliegendem Grundstück.
