Life on the Island will prove to be one you will never want to leave. newly remodeled 1215 square foot ,ground floor unit # 160 condo provides you with immediate access to the water, small sand beaches, tiki huts, fishing and unforgettable sunsets. This unit is located in Club Bahia, which is the newest and most prestigious part of the island. Club Bahia provides members with exclusive use of the heated pool, hot tub, fitness center and other clubhouse amenities.

This attractive condo features sliding glass doors across its entire water view side, contributing to its light and airy feel. An oversized patio provides panoramic views of Pass-A-Grill channel, the Intercostal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. This ground floor patio provides additional entertaining space and allows you easy access to the water and landscaped grounds.

Our attractively furnished condo features a spacious master suite has a kingsize bed, a walk-in closet, master bath with double sinks and a garden tub. The master suite also has sliding glass doors opening to the spacious patio with and water views. The guest suite features custom built-in office cabinets with generous storage space along with a fold down, queen size Murphy bed.

Other extras include: a breakfast nook for 4, dining table which seats 6; fully equipped kitchen, all linens and bedding,fold out twin bed , big sofa one person can sleep in sofa very comfortable.washer and dryer, cable ,tv (flat screens), high speed internet access, beach chairs, ,and cooler, hairdryer, , patio furniture and convenient parking at your front door. The property has 24 hour surveillance and security and is immaculately kept.

One month rentals have the option to purchase the owner's country club membership which includes golfing, tennis, workout equipment and dinning. Friendly host, clean condo unit. The main pool was closed for renovation but we were able to use another pool in the complex. A few lights were burned out inside the condo and the cabinets were due to be replaced. The bathroom fans are LOUD. But the condo itself has a beautiful view and is described well.

Quiet stay in beautiful location

We had a bit of trouble getting in, but that was quickly remedied. Apartment is well appointed and has all the essentials. Master bed was quite comfortable. We enjoyed waking up and enjoying coffee out on the patio. A lovely stay!

We’ve stayed at this complex many times. This condo looks great in site photos but in reality, it needs work. Ex: lighting in office is an overhead that flickers with no way to plug in a light that is sitting on the desk unplugged. Also, wall in office was unpainted about a foot around the window perimeter. The light in master closet my husband fixed so it would work. The fans in bath are super loud and rattle. The coffee maker has rusted heating element. The towels are super old. The pans work but they look like garage sale. All the details that make the stay feel like home were lacking. I don’t normally write reviews but I see pattern of similar comments in the last two months and wanted to report no change.

Great location right on the water. Large condo and lots of space, beautifully decorated and lush grounds. Patio was west facing for great sunset views. Close to Passe a Grille Beach. Lots of wildlife, dolphins, egrets, etc.

Excellent place and view is gorgeous!!

Beautiful property, breathtaking views of the water and great location. Owner was very responsive. Check in was a breeze. Condo was newly decorated and beautiful. Beds slept great. We enjoyed sitting outside every morning and eating breakfast and watching the dolphins play in the water and the boats go by. Great vacation!!!

Best Spot on St Pete Beach

Property was wonderful and had all amenities we needed. Especially liked the left over items in fridge such as a cold beer, condiments, etc. Very helpful to have a starter kit and the coffee provided was super awesome. Will stay again for sure as the view is the best on St Pete with Boca Ciega bay right at your doorstep and just ah hop over the bridge you are in historic Pasa Grille beach with great restaurants and a beautiful beach. Frankly checks all the boxes!

Fantastic Stay

This property was amazing. We are a family of five and arrived a little early. Access to the condo was simple. Communication with the owner was excellent and prompt. The condo was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed. Everyone we came in contact with in the neighborhood were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very safe and had no issues. We watched dolphins every morning from the back patio. What a great, relaxing vacation. I would love to stay here again.

The condo is overall very nice! Views are great. We also felt very safe in the community. The location was our main draw to this unit (right on the water, just a couple minutes car ride to Pass-a-Grille). Only real negative: There is too much furniture in the unit. It really made a good sized condo feel cramped. The patio was covered with stored pieces of outdoor furniture as well. Not exactly what the pictures show.

We were very impressed with the condo, we loved the location and the view. We were very surprised with the delay in responses from the property owner. I messaged her several hours before we arrived to see if we could get an early check in and never got a response (texted and emailed her). We got there about 30 min to an hour early and the smart lock box did not work, messaged the owner again, tried to call, texted, and no reply. We sat outside in the heat and finally got a hold of someone from VRBO, once on the phone with them, the owner called us and couldn't figure out why we couldn't get in, finally had her give me the code to the lock box which worked. We used the key all week and she never got the smart lock working while we were there. It was interesting with 6 people staying there for 9 nights. Once we got in we were excited to head to the pool because this is our 3rd time staying at the complex, only to find the pool was under construction, we were never notified and she gave us no other option for a pool to use in our 9 night stay. Luckily we called the local property management company and they let us know that we could use the pool next door.Also little things like absolutely no dish soap, the master closet lightbulb was out, all things I let the owner know about and she did nothing about. We've stayed at many VRBO's and don't ever leave a bad review but the experience we had with this owner was not pleasant although we did love the condo overall.

We had an amazing stay. The condo is beautiful, beds were very comfortable. Loved the patio and views! The entire complex is great and great location! The owner was super responsive to my questions and we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again if opportunity presents and unit is available.
